At S.H.I.F.T. Event Rentals we like to look at the event industry & its professionals from the scope of mind, body & soul. While the event venue & event space owners are the BODY, we believe that event producers, event decorators, event designers & event planners are the masterMIND behind the event and we take pride in holding our position in providing the rentals needed to contribute to the SOUL of the event's creation being executed.

Given the synergy of mind, body & soul, our company truly values building sustainable and continuous relationships with both the mind and body of every event.

For this reason, our team rolled out 2 different event affiliate programs. One for venue owners & event space owners, the other for our beloved event planners, event decorators, event designers, & event producers.

We are excited to offer exclusive affiliate program options to both the mind and body of every event. Our affiliate programs will grant access to our soulful expanding rental inventory of options at exclusive rates with added incentives for an annual fee.


The Affiliate Programs are exclusive to event professionals
The Event Affiliate Program is an annual fee program required to be paid before any bookings are eligible for the program's benefits
The Event Affiliate Program is an annual fee program required to be paid before any bookings are eligible to apply towards program bonuses
The Event Affiliate Program is required to be currently active to redeem any eligible benefits
All rental bookings must be placed using our booking quote process.
Affiliate Program discount does not apply to fees for delivery, labor & setup where applicable.
Rentals must meet a $500 minimum- excluding any fees, taxes, and delivery for the affiliate program discount to apply.
Rentals must meet a $1,000 minimum after discounts - excluding any fees, taxes, and delivery to apply towards the affiliate program bonus discount eligibility.
Any Bonus Discount must be redeemed within the year that eligibility took place S.H.I.F.T. Event Rentals must be credited/tagged on social media posts that include our event rentals.
S.H.I.F.T. Event Rentals reserve the right to repost content from use of any of our rentals


              Terms & Conditions

              S.H.I.F.T. Event Rentals Service Terms and Conditions

              Renter is fully responsible for equipment damaged, lost or stolen during the rental period.
              Renter agrees that equipment counts, as shown on the rental contract (invoice), are correct unless exceptions are specifically noted on receipt. Renter agrees to immediately report any shortages or breakage to S.H.I.F.T. Event Rentals. Renter further agrees that all changes are subject to final count and inspection by S.H.I.FT. Event Rentals personnel.
              All rates quoted are based on a 24 hour rental period per item.
              All prices subject to change without notice.
              All rentals are subject to the terms conditions of the company’s Rental Contract.
              Delivery rates are based on first floor (ground floor) delivery to your door. Our personnel will neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient location. Delivery charges will be calculated based on the distance traveled and size of order. Special delivery fees apply to the time deliveries, long carries, multi-crew, multi-day, high-rise, after-hours, holiday and otherwise difficult installations. Additions to the orders that have already been delivered will be subject to normal delivery fees. On-site delays caused by clients will result in additional delivery fees. Like otherwise, equipment not ready at the scheduled pickup time will be subject to additional pick-up charges.
              A return trip charge will be made for each extra delivery or pick-up call required of us and caused by renter.
              Our equipment is charged for while out on rental, whether used or not. All rental orders within 30 days are final. No refunds.
              All equipment must be together and ready for pick-up or an extra labor charge will apply for any delay incurred.
              Rental charges for equipment, other than canopies, platforms and dance floors, do not include set up and teardown.

              Cancellation Policy

              When an order is placed with S.H.I.F.T Event Rentals, all equipment is reserved, prepared and hand packed. When cancellation occurs, these items are unavailable to other clients. All customers will provide a 35% - 50% non-refundable initial payment in order for S.H.I.F.T. Event Rentals to reserve their order. Customers who cancel their order any time after the initial payment is made will lose their payment regardless of their circumstances or reason for cancellation.
