Refund policy
Refunds
All customers provide a 35% - 100% non-refundable reservation payment in order for S.H.I.F.T. Event Rentals to reserve their rental booking order. After the reservation payment is made, regardless of their circumstances or reason for cancellation, customers are not eligible for a refund.
Digital product or service purchases: due to the intellectual property value of digital products & services. All purchases of digital services or products once delivered classify as services rendered and not eligible to be cancelled or refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, custom builds), and custom prints. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to cancel the rental items you have, and once the rental cancellation is processed, make a separate booking for the new rental items.
