S.H.I.F.T. Event Rentals' pipe and drape trade show booths are turnkey, IFR banjo drape booth packages built for expos, exhibitions, conventions, and trade shows, giving exhibitors, planners, and producers a clean, professional, and venue-compliant booth across show floors of any scale.

Each booth package is available in five standard turnkey sizes, 8'x8', 10'x10', 10'x15', 10'x20', and 20'x20', with an 8' back wall and your choice of 3' or 8' side walls, so you can spec an open, low-divider layout or a full-height enclosed booth to fit the show and your presentation. Every package includes professional-grade pipe and drape hardware, base weights, and inherently flame-retardant (IFR) banjo drape, so the booth meets venue and exhibitor requirements out of the box.

Banjo Drape, Cut to Trade Show Standard

These booth packages include banjo drape only. Banjo is the inherently flame-retardant, medium-sheen fabric that trade show and exhibition venues expect, and it is the only drape we offer that is cut to trade show standard: a finished height 2 inches shorter than the stated height, so an 8' drape finishes at 94" and a 3' side-wall drape finishes at 34". This keeps the drape off the floor, presents cleanly on the show floor, and meets exhibitor-hall conventions. For a more elevated or design-forward look, upgraded drape is available as a specialty option.

Booth packages are offered in two color options at their respective price points: black or white banjo drape, or your choice of all 16 available banjo colors, Black, Snow White, Gold, Silver, Champagne, Violet, Brown, Red, Orange, Burgundy, Forest Green, Yellow, Navy Blue, Expo Blue, Teal, and Raspberry. Select the option that fits your booth branding and budget.

Rental fee is per booth package. Pricing varies by booth size, side-wall height, and drape color option, and the rates listed reflect the fee for the rental period.

Rental fees do not include damage waiver, delivery, applicable taxes, or refundable deposit when required. S.H.I.F.T. Event Rentals operates business-to-business. Private events are serviced only when managed by an event professional. All rentals are delivery-only; client pickups are not offered. Quantities scale to your show, with exact availability confirmed at booking, so early quote submission is recommended for large productions and peak show dates.
