Rates reflect the selected configuration for a Per Event Rental of up to 7 days. Rental fees do not include damage waiver, delivery, taxes, or refundable deposit where applicable. Custom sizes, wide installations, pre-cut sections, and field cutting are quoted on review.
For installations on grass, turf, gravel, or unfinished surfaces, our team will confirm subsurface conditions, anchoring requirements, and drainage considerations during quoting.
Booking & Logistics
S.H.I.F.T. Event Rentals operates business-to-business, serving corporate planners, production companies, event agencies, venues, and organizations. Private events are serviced only when managed by an event professional.
All rentals are delivery-only and include standard carpet installation unless otherwise stated in the approved quote. Client pickups are not offered. Availability is limited during peak conference, gala, and production seasons.
